As Kiernan Engineering has progressed since 1993, so too has our awareness of and commitment to Health & Safety.
This commitment is achieved through a relentless focus on continually improving safety behaviours and work practices which enable us to reduce accidents. Our philosophy is to deliver all projects incident free and Zero tolerance is the policy by which we operate and by which we measure our performance.
We see near misses as an opportunity to evaluate the robustness of our procedures, processes and competencies of our people and we continually implement corrective actions and improvements which will help eliminate incidents.
Our robust Safety Management System and safety performance at Kiernan Engineering is second to none.
We are exceptionally proud of our achievement in retaining our IOSH Safe T Cert (Grade A) accredited which has at its core, hazard identification and risk assessment/elimination via the Task Risk Assessment Process.
Our Directors, Safety Officers, Project Managers, Site Managers, and Supervisors are consistent in ensuring that they and their fellow employees are informed of all relevant Health & Safety requirements as they arise.
